About Petra Hirnschall

As founder of the event agency eventissimo in Vienna, I create corporate events and incentives with an international perspective. During several years of living in the USA and the United Kingdom, I organised events, workshops and seminars for a multinational corporation. During that time I got to know other cultures, which sparked my wish to continue creating intercultural and international events and incentives. My specialisation is corporate events, such as corporate events, seminars, employee events, customer events, incentives, team buildings, summer parties and much more.

As the programme director for event management at „Werbeakademie Wien“, I am passionate about providing future event managers with a solid education. I also designed the programme “Eventmanagement kompakt”, which ran successfully for 8 years until 2026. 

As an experienced adult education trainer, I regularly lecture "FH Wien der WKW", „Berufsakademie" and various private institutions on event management, marketing, conflict management, business start-ups and more round off my profile as an adult education trainer.

My agency, eventissimo, was born out of a vision to combine my love for Italy—and with it, a zest for life and celebration—with extraordinary and appealing events that meet the highest standards of quality and exclusivity. Through eventissimo Event Catering, I embrace the principles of hospitality and customer focus with just as much enthusiasm.

At my events, I combine the Southern European zest for life, openness, and friendliness with Central European reliability and a structured approach to work.
